Oral presentations

  • The meeting room is equipped with a Windows PC.
  • Supported presentation formats are Microsoft PowerPoint and PDF.
  • Both aspect ratios (4:3 and 16:9) are compatible.

Poster presentations

  • Poster table size: 116 x 156 cm.
  • The poster number will be attached to the pintable.
  • Please refer to your corresponding session for the poster number.

Information for speakers

  • 15 min + 10 min discussion time for orals.
  • 30 min + 15 min discussion time for plenary talks.
